The last thing in the box was my favorite. Hey there my sweet friends!

I want to warn you that after this post you will probably be VERY jealous of me! I just returned from the trip of a lifetime {well at least for me} and let me just say it was fabulous with a capital F! Lucky for me I had the BEST accessory to tag along with me....a LifeProof case! Don't know what that is?? Well, if you own an iPhone you best be knowing what this baby is!

First let me say I have owned 5 iPhones in 2 years.....two I lost to a toilet {popped out of my back pocket while taking a tinkle} and the others simply dropping them and shattering the screen did those in. So when I was sent the LifeProof case I was tickled that FINALLY I could use my phone without fear! And I could use it in the water, snow, sand.....it's seriously LifeProof ;)

Okay so below you are about to get a glimpse in to this amazing trip I went on. My dear pal Amy {you've all heard me rave about her many times...go check out her blog HERE if you haven't!} called me up one day and was like "hey wanna go on a girl's trip....on a private jet....on a private yacht?" Um...YES....that is basically what she said. And since I don't live like P Diddy normally I was all over it! {I actually asked that they refer to me as T Diddy while on the trip} Oh did I mention this trip was in the BAHAMAS!! eeeekkkk!

A few things before you start drooling.....until you get to the goofy pic of me weighing down my LifeProof case note that those pics are not taken with the case on. After the goofy pic ALL those pics were taken with the LifeProof case on and NONE have been edited! You'll see that this case does NOT hold your camera back from taking BREATHTAKING photos!! :)

Sqivvy Portable Pop Up ~ REVIEW & GIVEAWAY

Have you ever needed to change your clothes but didn't have any privacy and didn't want to chance someone seeing you in your skivvies?? Maybe at the beach? Running or biking? Camping? At a pageant or dance competition? If you have said YES then I have the product for you!

I first found Sqivvy while searching for a portable changing room. You see, I am a Vault Denim Independent Fashion Consultant {its like Tupperware but instead of a consultant bringing BORING plastic containers, a Vault Denim Consultant brings 120+ pairs of discounted designer jeans and you and your friends try on and shop!...Jewelry, make-up and cookware parties are so yesterday!}and I needed something to take to holiday shopping events so my customers could avoid trying jeans on in nasty public restrooms.

There are a TON of portable changing rooms on the market but I can say that the Sqivvy is one of the best! It is a little pricey {89.95}but I am a firm believer in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! And the Sqivvy does NOT disappoint!

Let me first start off by saying this thing transforms into a HUGE {but not too huge 4'x4' and over 6' tall}area to provide you all the privacy you need! It also has a removable "roof} which allows you to see the sky above or allow light inside.

Some of the other features are:

Storage: there are TWO pockets inside {one that is mesh which houses my touch lights to illuminate the inside}

Window: there's an interior window so you can keep an eye on the happenings outside {you can keep this zipped shut if you would prefer not to encourage peeping Toms ;)}

Floor: there's a roll away partial floor to keep muddy/dirty feet from making a mess

Stability: for security it has stakes and a "pocket" to place a rock, sand or weight in to keep in grounded

I've used the Sqivvy at a few events. I must say it gets lots of attention! People are curious as to what it is. They comment "why didn't I think of that". And everyone that has stepped in it is SHOCKED at how much room it has inside!

I also want to point out how AMAZINGLY easy it is to take down and fold away! I had heard horror stories of others and their various brands of pop up changing rooms. Ones that entailed people laying on the floor on their back trying to get it collapsed. Or someone who stuffs it into their trunk then quickly jumps back upon opening only to have it shoot out because they can't seem to get it folded back up. Sqivvy provides folding instructions {that include photos} and they also have a video HERE in case you need more help. I got mine back in the carrying case on the first try. And am happy to report I didn't have to lay on my back or pray it didn't shoot out at me like a rocket!!

MANY people have messaged be since posting my review (here) of the Zooper Tango Double Stroller. "Did you give an honest review??" "Do you still love it after having it for some time now??" And my answer is always the same......yes, yes, YES!!!

I approached the stroller purchase like I was purchasing the first car for my teenager! Like I mentioned in the review I wanted something SAFE and COMFORTABLE....and pretty! ;) (let me clarify that I actually purchased the Tango a few months before being given one for the review so that shows just how much I really stand behind this stroller!!)

With a schedule that is packed full of therapy and doctor appointments PLUS trips to and from preschool, this stroller is taken in and out of my trunk (Honda Accord) at least twice a day....EVERYDAY! It still works just like the day I got it!!

Boba Baby Carrier REVIEW ~ MUST read!

CONFESSION:

I actually thought about giving THIS carrier away. As in the one they sent me. That was until I used it. Sorry peeps but this thing is the third arm I have been praying for since 2008!!

Okay so when you get pregnant you get all sorts of tips and advice. Nobody ever told me about a baby carrier but you better believe when I hit Babies R Us with that handheld scanner I scanned just about EVERY thing in the baby section. In the end I had added (and received) two different baby carriers. The first was one (shall remain nameless) that seemed to cut off poor Tessa's circulation to her feet. I actually looked down once and freaked when I saw purple pigs. NOT GOOD! The second was a side/hip carrier that I never could seem to figure out. I worried the entire time I wore her that she was going to slip out and hit the pavement. :( NOT GOOD!

So when I received the Boba Baby Carrier I honestly didn't have my hopes set too high. After my experience with carriers I assumed this one would just get tossed in the closet with the other two duds.

That was until I put it on for the first time. I compare the fit to what I imagine a parachute to feel like on a skydiver. Yea...it felt that secure. Then I was actually able to put babe in it alone. As in I did NOT need the help of another human to start wearing her. :)

Right then I realized this was the 3rd arm I had been searching for! Actually its more like a complete set of arms. Prayers answered!

As a mother of a toddler with mild cerebral palsy, getting around isn't as easy it could be. Tessa is not walking independently yet so we are forced to take our Zooper Tango Double Stroller EVERYWHERE! (can I please add that it also is and amazing product! used DAILY and still working like the day it arrived!) Now add the fact that I have a ~~chunky~~ healthy 9 month old to carry and this is when that set of hands comes in handy!!

Can I tell you how much I love this pic. Not sure if it's that chunky ham hock hangin' out, the fact that it looks like I'm being stalked by paparazzi or that we were at Sears Outlet looking at mattresses (did I mention I am a bargain shopper??)....

This day I somehow forgot that the Zooper was not in the back of the car and took off to our daily therapy appointment. This is also the day I became known as SuperMom!

(20lb baby in carseat...CHECK, 27 pound toddler in Boba...CHECK, diaper bag for 2....CHECK, custom walker....CHECK)

I've got some super awesome friends. Friends that like to take my picture instead of help...KIDDING! Amy has her hands full too this day as we trekked to the shore. What would I do without my Boba!!?

Picking Tessa up after her first day of PreK. Tristin has started to pull hair so mine has been "hidden" more often that I'd like these days.

I can't tell you how much I LOVE the Boba!! It seriously has become a staple in our lives and the car. I don't go anywhere without it. As a mother of two non walkers the Boba Baby Carrier is something I can't live without!

So on that day when you find yourself saying that it would be so nice if you had an extra arm....or two....do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a Boba!

The Wizard and I {well mostly The Wizard} made our rounds to our local Targets....yes that was plural! There was LOTS to find at 90% off!

Here are some pics of some of our scores....not in the pics is a great lawn chair, LOTS of summer thermoses, some tableware {an awesome serving tray} and various water guns and slip-n-slides!

Okay you are probably wondering "what in the heck is this" well...the striped "things" are table clothes scored at Target that I'll be using for my daughter's 3rd birthday in a few weeks! Instant backdrop!

As you probably know by my review of the Arrojo S125 by Izunami, I am a flat iron junky! It's my go to beauty tool.....used almost daily. Using a product that is designed especially for repeat heat styled hair is a MUST!

I've been using the ThermaFuse Color Care Shampoo & Condition for a little over a month now. It's dreamy! ;)

It smells AMAZING...not too strong which I LOVE.

It's not heavy which is perfect for my thick hair that already tends to be prone to build up. {I normally have to wash daily or my head becomes one big ball of grease.....but because this combo is "lite" I am able to skip a day and NO grease!}

It keeps my color {I am my own colorist....is that even a word?} looking healthy and shiny and seems to be extending it.

ThermaFuse Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner is Sulfate FREE. What does that mean?? Does your shampoo froth up? Then it's most likely got sulfate in it. Sulfate is used to "clean" the hair in LOTS of products BUT this "detergent" strips the hair {the color and moisture} leading to breakage and fading....NOT GOOD!

I think this is a GREAT product! It can be purchased in fine salons or online. I think it actually priced pretty low compared to other "salon" shampoos & conditioners. And like I mentioned before a little bit goes a long way....which makes it an even better product in my book!
